Hrushida has 25 years of experience in finance, HR and logistics at well-known companies in various industries in a national and international environment. For almost 20 years she has managed finance, HR and logistics departments and has been a member of the management team in automotive, steel trade, telecommunications, event and marketing.

In the past, she gained over 20 years of experience in defining processes and procedures and has ten years of experience in the successful restructuring of five companies in Germany and the USA.

Hrushida has over 10 years of experience in implementing change management processes in five companies in Germany and the USA. She was responsible for all tasks, measures and activities that lead to a comprehensive, cross-functional change to implement new or modified existing strategies, structures, processes and behaviors in an organization.

Hrushida is the owner of Meadows Accounting since January 2023.

Jonathan has a BS degree in Banking and Finance with a minor in accounting from USC 1986.

He furthermore is the Owner of GMSB Financial Services, LLC fiduciary company since 6/2018. He is Offering tax and bookkeeping services as well as VA Fiduciary services.

Jonathan is a PTIN registered tax preparer with the IRS and has 30 years of tax and bookkeeping experience.

He will be teaching the Government and Tax portion of the financial freedom curriculum for The Financial Care Center. This is a non-profit that helps individuals and families to make healthy financial decisions today to secure their tomorrow.

Jonathan has taught the R.E.A.L. Entrepreneurial business course through Trident Technical College and Accounting for non-Accountants through the continuing education department. He has as well taught the IDA program through ECHO in Mt Pleasant SC and various courses including taxes at Miller Motte Technical college. 

In his former Job, Jonathan was a Mortgage loan officer with 25 years of experience. 

After doing his military service in the German army, Axel obtained a German master’s degree in business administration with focus on Controlling and Management.

He has over 10 years of experience as a Senior Manager and 20+ years of experience in Marketing, Product Management and Product Controlling within the telecommunication and internet sector. During his career he gained as well deep knowledge in accounting, being responsible for budgets of up to $10m.

Axel is a PTIN registered tax preparer with the IRS. Besides taxes and accounting, Axel can provide valuable support in Marketing, Marketing Operations and Marketing Strategies to the clients of Meadows Accounting.

If he is not in the office, you may find him riding around on his motorcycle. He is married to Hrushida since 2018.

Jennifer McClelland is a hardworking, fun and caring Junior Accountant. She strives to do her very best with the intention of every customer leaving feeling better than when they arrived. Ms. McClelland was selected as the 2021 Kind Neighbor Nomination Winner! She is detail-oriented and a problem solver. Jennifer has an associate degree in business management and is a Veteran with the U.S.A.F. She likes to spend time with her son Jordan and volunteer at his school when time permits.

Luann Jordan, CIA, CRMA, is a seasoned professional with over 25 years of experience in financial institutions, specializing in internal audit, risk management, and marketing. Additionally, she has worked across the retail and  human services industries, bringing a broad perspective and practical insight to her work. Luann enjoys meeting new people, solving complex problems, and creating streamlined processes that improve efficiency and drive results. Outside of the office, you will find her volunteering at a local food pantry, making dinner for Hope Lodge residence, and bookkeeping for non-profits
